In my decade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I've been privileged to support the journeys of more than a hundred families. Through this experience, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of early intervention.

Early identification and immediate, appropriate intervention support can dramatically improve outcomes for children with developmental delays or autism.

Yet, for parents, the journey from initial concern to intervention can be slow and painful. Identifying potential developmental delays—be it cognitive, speech, motor, or behavioral—might mean a wait of up to four months for a professional assessment. Following that, securing the necessary intervention support could extend the wait by another four to six months.

For a young child, this delay represents a significant portion of their formative years, where every day is an opportunity for growth.

Parents tirelessly seek various specialists—speech therapists, occupational therapists, behavioral therapists—to support their child. Yet, without these experts working together, the support can fall short of its potential.

This is the inspiration that led me to start AllCheer. 

Since our founding we've been able to transform the traditional timeline, reducing the wait for developmental assessments from a few months to a few  weeks for children as young as 18 months, and following up with immediate intervention support.

Our cohesive, multidisciplinary team of specialists collaborates to create and execute well-rounded programs that support the child's complete development, significantly easing the burden on families.
