AllCheer Partnerships With Preschools and Childcare Facilities
Why Partner
The earlier developmental delays are detected and intervention support provided, the greater is the possibility to transform a child’s developmental path and improve outcomes for children, families, and communities.

Your partnership can make a transformative difference in the life outcome of a young child.
Many Challenges Exist Today To Identify Delays Early and Provide Appropriate Interventions.
-
Frequency of Pediatrician Visits
After age 2 next pediatric wellness visit tends to be after a year (~age 3). One year gap causes missed opportunity for early detection

-
Lack of awareness of developmental delays and how to identify them
Parents often have difficulty identifying delays or maladaptive behaviors easily as they don’t have a readily available way to assess their child's development
-
Lack of structured guidance and resources to navigate potential developmental delays
Even if red flags/delays are noticed by preschools/day cares, their only option is to persuade parents to consult a pediatrician to get referrals
How Partnering Helps You Tackle These Challenges As a Preschool/Childcare Facility
AllCheer offers partner preschools and childcare facilities, child development workshops for parents and teachers. These workshops are designed to empower the parent and the teacher community with the knowledge and tools needed to identify potential developmental delays and understand how to navigate and get the support needed.

Parent Workshops: AllCheer conducts quarterly parent knowledge and awareness workshops customized for each developmental age group.
Parent workshops cover - developmental milestones, importance of early action, tips to support child development in different areas, expected challenging behaviors and behaviors that are red flags.
AllCheer also administers and scores the Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQs). ASQs are completed by parents as part of the workshops. ASQ provides strong insights for parents to understand how their child is developing and flags any areas of concern that might need deeper understanding.

Parents with concerns or questions about their child's development have the opportunity to do a 1-on-1 consult with the appropriate child development specialist.

AllCheer provides preschool directors with all communication materials (flyers, email templates etc.) to make the end-to-end process simple to implement.

Teacher Workshops: AllCheer teacher workshops are aimed at enabling teachers to identify potential red flags that can indicate early developmental delays in a child. The workshop also provides a framework to have positive conversations with parents to support them in their journey of awareness and guide them to the appropriate resources that can provide their family the right support.
